Mr. Serrao is a senior IT executive with over 35 years of successfully helping clients use technology to improve their businesses. He offers clients the benefit of 21 years of experience as a Partner at PwC Consulting and an industry leader at IBM Global Business Services where he served clients in the Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications industries. Bill also was a systems development manager at Prodigy Services Company (an internet startup) and a Signal Corps officer in the US Army specializing in battlefield computer systems.

Bill’s skills and experience include:

Interim CIO and CIO coaching for several multibillion-dollar enterprises
Information Systems strategic planning, outsourcing, applications development, service management, portfolio and project management
Systems implementation, specializing in SAP and also including Oracle, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards as well as other ERP systems
Financial and Supply Chain Management including sales forecasting, inventory management, order management, sales analysis, accounts receivable, cash collection and financial reporting.

Mr. Serrao holds a BS degree in Applied Science and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and an MS in Business Management from the City University of NY.
